About Kairi Lele Catering

Kairi Lele is the indigenous name for the islands of Trinidad and Tobago, which is the birthplace of our head chef and CEO Rhonda Gamory. It is on the beautiful island of Trinidad, that Rhonda’s love for cooking first began. Rhonda fondly recalls learning from the teachings of her late grandmother Jean Delores Brown, about the art and style of Caribbean cooking. Upon migrating to New York as a teenager, Chef Rhonda attended culinary school after graduating from HS, and was able to hone these skills even further.

Here at Kairi Lele, it is our goal to provide excellent service, offering authentic meals using only the freshest ingredients, herbs, and spices. It is our mission to provide delectable options that are not only pleasing to your taste buds, but also keeping your health in mind. While Caribbean food is the base of our style, we also offer many options beyond that. Be sure to check out our catering menu, along with our line of specialty sauces and Caribbean rum cakes.
